The AMERICAN CITIZENRY INSTITUTE… A Prologue
What matters of worry are on your mind… What are your greatest concerns…
The AMERICAN CITIZENRY INSTITUTE is the first American organization in the history of the United States to exclusively serve the interests and concerns of the American people; particularly regarding peoples’ interests… having an intermediary resource of research-advocacy to help you explore issues of your most urgent concerns; whatever is troubling your mind and your life. . .
The ACI purpose and objective — the principal reason for ACI’S existence: “Its all about the People…” You, and your family… Your next-door neighbors and friends… your community and our nation of communities. What exactly are we about… Simply put. You, tell us: “What’s on your mind… What is really your greatest concern at this time…” — Whatever is troubling to you and your family… We want to know.
The ACI Center for Research is your online investigative taskmaster… proactive to categorize and analyze questions and issues of your immediate interests and concerns. The magnitude and ramifications of your financial problems; the affects of living from payday-to-payday. Understanding your own spending of money; the greed…and its ever-increasing cost-of-living. The interdisciplinary choice of buying what you need, and of course, the most prevalent choice of buying what you want… and knowing… what difference it makes.
The ACI is our forever-vigilant intermediary in the midst of assessing great economic change and difficulty in America today; focused on the challenge of social, financial and lifestyle transitions. And in this regard, as in all times of struggles… We invite you, today, to join in our efforts to address all contemporary issues that affect the life and well-being of our People; and help us… in our efforts to serve the interests and concerns of all Americans.

EDUCATION
The AMERICAN CITIZENRY INSTITUTE has been in contact with the Governors of all 50 States as we endeavor to work closely with the state departments of education. We are seeking private sector funding for special public elementary school curriculum reform programs. Seldom if ever have we addressed signs of an impending problem; not until the shock is felt and the reality of it all is overwhelming. Then of course, it is too late! And, consequently, thousands of children have been left behind; falling prey as participants or unwilling victims of street-gang violence requiring incarceration in juvenile detention centers throughout the country.
The ACI has conducted preliminary research and studies on the value of curriculums on LEARNING - HOW TO LEARN. We are confident in our prospectus on the value of illustrating “the Brain,” and “how we learn,” in the process of early education. Now we will need funding to develop the mini-neuroscience and the mini-law curriculums for the program and to unify this education standard: “...teaching children how to learn,” in public elementary schools throughout the country. We are more than certain that “the children…” will not be dropouts or participants in youth-gangs nor will they engage in the antisocial lifestyles that breeds drug-abuse and violent crimes. The early years of education are most impressionable.
The ACI invites you, to input on “the Brain in education?” Considering the material fact that the learning process is achieved by “the brain,” no matter what the teaching ability may attribute . . . “the comprehension” and “retention ability of the brain” — is the determinant of our learning potential throughout the years of education.
GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS
Not since the Constitution of the United States was presented to this nation on September 17, 1787, has there been a charter filed and on record to serve the exclusive interest and concerns of the American people. Now we have incorporated citizens of the United States of America — approximately 285.5-million citizens nationally.
The ACI purpose, here and now, is to determine by consensus the most pervasive identified concerns of the people. Then we categorize and analyze the concerns as the consensus shall indicate the respective order of priority; then determining the appropriate methods of formality for addressing the subject matters to federal, state, commonwealth, county, parish, district, city and neighborhood councils and, attorneys alike — for the purpose of which they actually represent the people.
CITIZENSHIP
Now having approximately 285.5-million citizens — but not knowing nor being able to understand why there is an absence of participation in our civic process; approximately two-thirds of American citizens are not voting in our elections and, of course, this is now a longstanding anomaly question? Nevertheless we intend to research and study this civic repudiation.
The ACI intends to promote greater public awareness and participation in the civic process. The objective is to develop educational programs and to sponsor community involvement projects to increase voter registration by 80-million voters.
The AMERICAN CITIZENRY INSTITUTE will actively promote American Citizenship. We will strive to improve the quality of life for all American Citizens. We will indeed, educate and further the ideal of American Citizenship for all who desire and aspire to become Citizens of this country.
